Sort out access and site conditions before our crew shows up.

[ ] Confirm the approved scope, the system you picked, the main contact and how we'll stay in touch.

[ ] Check that the work area is empty or that someone is set to move the furniture.

[ ] Confirm access routes, loading, parking, power, water and ventilation plans.

[ ] Agree on how we'll protect nearby areas and control dust, based on the prep work and who's in the building.

[ ] Go over the slab test records, where products will be stored and the temperature and humidity they need.

[ ] Plan around other trades, occupants, pets and any temporary limits.

[ ] Write down any open issues and whether the work they affect can go ahead.
