List every layer that applies: prep or repair material, color, primer, coating, guard or sealer.
Get the current US technical data sheet and safety data sheet for each product you picked.
Check what each product is made for, which slabs it works on, its moisture limits and the surface prep it needs.
Check that the layers work together and with any old treatments still on the floor. Note what the manufacturer tells you.
From those documents, note the conditions for applying, the recoat windows and when the floor can go back into use.
Where they apply, confirm the needs for outdoor exposure, cleaning, traction, heat or food contact.
Before anything goes down, have the project's reviewer sign off and list any open items.
