Product documents and system review
Fill this out for the system you actually picked. The examples we show aren't an approved project spec.

[ ] List every layer that applies: prep or repair material, color, primer, coating, guard or sealer.

[ ] Get the current US technical data sheet and safety data sheet for each product you picked.

[ ] Check what each product is made for, which slabs it works on, its moisture limits and the surface prep it needs.

[ ] Check that the layers work together and with any old treatments still on the floor. Note what the manufacturer tells you.

[ ] From those documents, note the conditions for applying, the recoat windows and when the floor can go back into use.

[ ] Where they apply, confirm the needs for outdoor exposure, cleaning, traction, heat or food contact.

[ ] Before anything goes down, have the project's reviewer sign off and list any open items.
