Use this with your quote so the prep work and anything left out are easy to see.

[ ] List the project areas, measured quantity, what's left out, current floor coverings and the slab condition we're assuming.

[ ] Spell out removal, prep, repairs and testing. Say how problems we can't see yet will be checked and priced.

[ ] Name the color product, the protective finish and how they go on, pointing to each technical sheet.

[ ] Note the sample, the variation you accept and any limits on color matching.

[ ] Say who handles protection, cleanup, access, moving furniture and disposal.

[ ] Put the price, any minimums, how tax is handled and the payment schedule in the real agreement.

[ ] Get written approval for any cost or scope change before extra paid work starts.

[ ] Attach the plan for putting the floor back into use, the care instructions and the agreed warranty terms.
