A two minute floor check

Run a concrete floor check before you stain.

This concrete floor check takes about two minutes. Answer four quick questions about your floor and you'll get a short checklist of what to look at first. For the full answer on older slabs, read our guide on staining existing concrete. After that, it's up to you whether we come take a look.

Treat this as a rough planning estimate, not a quote, an inspection or a guarantee. Your written proposal sets the real price and scope. Photos and answers can't tell us how much moisture is in the slab, whether it's structurally sound or what the final color will be.

The photos that help us most

  1. One wide view of each room or patio in daylight.
  2. Close up shots of patches, cracks, stains and worn areas.
  3. A doorway or edge that shows what's on the floor now.
  4. A photo of a finish you like, labeled as inspiration.

Keep private documents and people out of your project photos. Then paste a link to the shared folder into our request form, and we'll tell you what we see.

An estimate is not a quote

This tool works from averages. Your slab has its own condition, access and prep, and those are what move the real number. Send us photos and we will price the actual job, usually the same business day.
