These templates keep the owner, the builder and our crew working from the same notes. For the real job, you fill in the product names, pass or fail standards, application steps and reopening dates. The manufacturer's current instructions come first. A blank worksheet isn't a manufacturer's approval for your project.
Choose the product system before filling in the numbers
The product reference library explains the main product types and links to manufacturer documentation. Use the product submittal worksheet to write down the products you picked and which version of each document you used. On that same sheet, you note whether the products work together and who checked.
